WELCOME! We are Aurora Dawn Foundation, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation and section 501(c)(3) public charity, d/b/a Marty's Place, that was founded by Franciscans to provide residences offering warm shelter and tender loving care for homeless persons with AIDS/HIV.

Besides providing housing, we secure and manage ancillary services for residents at their request and as circumstances warrant. Since our inception, we have coordinated our efforts with many other San Francisco Bay Area service providers and have also developed a working arrangement with San Francisco General, one of the nation's finest hospitals for AIDS/HIV and acute care.
